RE-REGISTRATION Information

This years registration will take place in the Cafeteria at Boca Raton High School. Boca Raton High School can be located via Google Maps.

• League Age: Boys 7 - 15 & Girls 7 - 15
• Players age determined by age as of September 1st of the season you would be playing
• Siblings of returning hoopsters can register at this time
• 2012 Physical
• Anyone living outside the City of Boca Raton and the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Parks District must pay a “non-resident fee” of $40.00 at the time of registration.

The Registration Fee is $110.

April 14, 2012 (Saturday)	9am-1pm
April 17, 2012 (Monday)	6:30pm-8:30pm
April 19, 2012 (Wednesday)	6:30pm-8:30pm
